The Qilu Hospital of Shandong University - Dezhou Hospital Central Campus project has an investment of 5 billion RMB, with a total construction area of 450,000 square meters. The hospital includes an emergency rescue center, health management center, liver disease center, outpatient medical technology complex building, inpatient building, scientific research and experimental center, academic exchange center, and is the largest single medical facility in Shandong Province. Currently, the first phase of the project has been completed to high standards, including the emergency rescue center, health management center, liver disease center, outpatient medical technology complex building, and inpatient building. The second phase, which includes the scientific research and experimental center, academic exchange center, and teaching and residency training center, is under construction and is scheduled for completion and operational use in 2025. The Operating Room Medical Behavior Management System provided by Changzhou Pairy Intelligent for the Central Campus of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University - Dezhou Hospital primarily includes an access control admission system, intelligent uniform dispensers, intelligent shoe dispensers, intelligent storage lockers (changing room lockers), intelligent clothing collectors, shoe collectors (recycling machines), large-screen announcement systems, and more. This system achieves secure access control for operating room personnel, intelligent dispensing and recycling of surgical gowns, shoes, and caps, as well as item traceability. It reduces non-compliant behavior, ensures the cleanliness and safety of the sterile operating room, and simultaneously contributes to enhancing the operational efficiency and management level of the operating room. It also plays a significant role in advancing the construction of digital operating rooms for smart hospitals
